Established during the second academic semester of 1984, the Postgraduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Uberlândia commenced its operations in 1985 as a Master’s course. It continued in this capacity until the second semester of 1994, when it expanded its offerings to include a Doctorate.
